Cancellation & Product Purchase Policy
At Lorraine Daniele Skin Care, I'm am committed to providing exceptional service and care. To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointment Cancellations:
If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your facial appointment, a $100 charge of the appointment total will apply. Cancellations for any other service is 50% of the appointment total.
Product Purchases:
For product orders, I offer a 24-hour return window for unopened and unused items. If the product is opened or used, it cannot be returned, but I will gladly assist you in finding a suitable replacement or exchange based on your needs.
I strongly believe that esthetician/client relationship is based upon understanding and good communication. I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation in helping me maintain my schedule and serve you better.
