Cancellation Policy

At Lorraine Daniele Skin Care, we are committed to providing exceptional service and care. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointment Cancellations:
If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your facial appointment, a $100 charge of the appointment total will apply. Cancellations for any other services not within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
